The services provide you with an independent contractor who teaches and assists you with effective ways of researching and applying for funding for your project. Possible funding opportunities may come from government grants, private donors, foundation grants, sponsorships by non-profit organizations and/or corporations, loans, private monies, angel investors and/or venture capital, depending on my specific needs.
Because the majority of the applications are available online, you will need to have basic computer skills like clicking links, accessing email and attachments and have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, or have assigned a designee, known to the Admissions Director, to perform these services for you.
You will have unlimited access to your funding professional through phone and email. Even though you are able to contact them as much and as often as needed, you understand that in order to get a quicker response, you should email him/her. For more in-depth phone conversations, you will need to set a formal appointment.

Your funding professional will locate applicable funding applications and opportunities for you based on categories of funding you choose, in addition to other information you give him/her online. Your funding professional will research traditional grants, matching grants, sponsorship grants, grant incentive programs, tax-credits, reimbursements, loans and other types of funding that may suit your needs. In order to view any opportunities your funding professional has located for you, you will need to login to the website and view the "Research" page.
Even though all funding opportunities located by your funding professional are based on categories applicable to your project, the exact criteria of each specific opportunity may not fit your profile or your project once you start the application process, depending on the application guidelines. When this happens your funding professional will continue to research and locate funding opportunities according to the terms of the agreement.
Application and Proposal Process
Your funding professional will be available to help you with any and all funding applications and proposals necessary to complete your funding goals. You will be responsible for filling out and completing the applications, including, but not limited to, the official submission of applications, but will be assisted by your funding professional if needed. Your funding professional will review any applications you submit to him/her for format accuracy and/or editing such as spelling, punctuation, phrasing errors and continuity of thought. Your funding professional will maintain the highest level of client confidentiality, subject only to disclosures required by law.
Funding Guarantees and Time Frames
Your involvement with our services does not ensure or guarantee that you will receive funding. In addition, we cannot predict or suggest time frames for receiving funding. The value you will derive from the products and/or services you receive will be in direct proportion to the level of effort you put forth, your personal level of desire to complete your funding goals, and your willingness to put into action the steps your funding professional outlines for you.
Your funding professional will continue to research funding sources and to assist you through every funding application and proposal you need for as long as you need the help.
Business Plan Writer
You will be assigned a business plan writer who will take the information you provide, through an online template, and construct a customized business plan for you. Your business plan writer will work with you to bolster sections of the plan, if warranted. Upon its completion, if your business plan needs any revisions, they will revise your plan up to two times. If you have additional changes after the two formal reviews, you will have the ability to email them with questions as to how you might change it yourself. If your business idea changes and you need a new business plan, you will need to purchase another business plan from your admissions director. You also understand that the business plan writer will deliver the final business plan in both Microsoft Word and PDF Formats.
